The all-new Chevrolet Colorado ZR2, which debuted ahead of the 2016 Los Angeles Auto Show last November, will arrive to dealer lots this spring at a starting price of $40,995. The Colorado ZR2 goes up against the Ford F-150 Raptor, Toyota Tacoma TRD and Ram Rebel, which all surpass the $40,000 price point. Consumers can use the average savings of $2,500 off the "next closest comparable vehicles" to benefit their lifestyle, said Sandor Piszar, Chevrolet Trucks marketing director. The Colorado ZR2 has the capability of an off-road vehicle with an all-new 3.6-liter V6 gas engine making 308 horsepower with 275 pound-feet of torque. In addition to its difference in price, the ZR2 stands apart from that competition with its new damper system.
