DETROIT - General Motors on Tuesday said the 2017 Chevrolet Bolt electric car will have a starting manufacturers suggested retail price of $37,495, including destination fee.The Detroit automaker noted that up to $7,500 in federal tax credits could bring the price down to $29,995 in the U.S.The starting price is for the LT trim, which includes a rear-vision camera, 10.2-inch diagonal color touch screen and Michelin self-sealing tires as standard.
